Execute With Excellence
Every company - every person - is driven by a belief system that influences every decision, every act, every attitude. It sets expectations and performance metrics. As founders of Right Choice Today Inc., we call it "Execute With Excellence" and define it through our Accountability Statements, based on our Core Values and Tenets of Discipline.

Right Choice Today's Accountability Statements
Decision-Making. If a company leader cannot stay true to what he or she believes in, the company will flounder, operating on a “flavor of the month” course of projects and initiatives. Company leaders must not waiver in their convictions.
Conduct. It’s what you do when no one is looking that counts. Until you are a person to whom others can aspire, you will never be a person who can inspire others to do great things.
Respect. You have to give it before you can earn it.
Love – Joy – Peace. Love what you do. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work. Go home each day satisfied you have made a positive difference in your company. Without love, joy and peace in the workplace, productivity will suffer.
Patience – Kindness – Goodness. This is leadership at its best. Not everyone will always do it the way you want – but it might be better. Not everyone will always do it right – they might need better training. Not everyone will always see the “big picture” – draw them one that draws them in.
Faithfulness – Gentleness – Self-Control. Be true to your convictions. Be fair in managing others. Do not allow your actions to be swayed by outside influences.

Love yourself and others.
Show joy at the simplest of things.
Be at peace with where you are in life; be at peace with those around you.
Have patience with yourself. Only then can you have patience with others.
Be kind to yourself. It will teach you how to show kindness to others.
Allow goodness to flow from you. Others will follow your lead.
Show faithfulness to your convictions. Be the rock for those who need it.
Show gentleness of spirit. Encourage those around you to do the same.
Maintain self-control. Otherwise, the rest was a waste of time.
