Right Choice Today is the realization of an idea by co-founder and vice-president Dustin Craig to tie business services and ministry management together into one company. As a college student studing youth and sports ministry, he heard many stories of his graduated peers spending more time fund-raising than ministering. Since the family already had two ministry programs and a business, it wasn't a stretch to think the business profits could cover the expenses of the ministries...with one major exception. The family business was less than a year old, and not profitable enough to cover the ministries' anticipated expenses once Dustin would graduate and take them over.
Enter co-founder, president and dad, Tony Craig. As a business person, he was a traditionalist. Business Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Ministry in the evenings and on weekends. But Dustin's idea led to the creation of Right Choice Today, Inc., a Christian business management group whose mission is to bring Christian values to the business world and bring solid business principles to ministry management.
Today, Right Choice Today, Inc. has seven DBA's and is working on its eighth:
1. RCTI Business Resources - business networking
2. RCT Consulting - specialty consulting firm
3. RCT Promotions - boutique marketing agency
4. Measuring Up - business and consumer research
5. CLAY Team Sports Ministry - youth sports
6. Created... Music Project - music ministry
7. IC9:24 - running club / fitness program (scheduled to launch spring 2011)
8. RCTI Ministries - featuring Paradigm Shift (online outreach) and Take It Back! (community movements)

Anthony J. "Tony" Craig, President
Tony's studies at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business and College-Conservatory of Music created a foundation that took him to business for his vocation and the performing arts as an avocation. Applying his performing arts background to ministry, this combination puts him in a unique position of overseeing the direction of Right Choice Today. Seemingly headed in multiple directions at the same time, he has constructed a corporation that uses its companies to complement and support each other. RCTI Business Resources is the "sales department" for RCT Consulting, RCT Promotions and Measuring Up. RCT Promotions is the "marketing department" for RCTI Business Resources and will do the same for CLAY, Created... and IC9:24 when they are ready to take outside the Erie, Pennsylvania area. Measuring Up is the accountability tool for all entities. CLAY and IC9:24 will seek business partners through RCTI Business Resources. Tony is primarily responsible for RCTI Business Resources, RCT Consulting, Measuring Up and the Created... Music Project.
Dustin M. Craig, Vice President
Dustin's vocation (ministry) and avocation (business) provide the balance to Right Choice Today. Tasked with overseeing RCT Promotions, CLAY and IC9:24, his ministry background includes participation with the United Methodist Church at the local, district and conference level. Holding a B.A. in Youth/Sports Ministry, his studies include grad-level hermeneutics and Bible classes and he has been mentored by the only person in the world with a doctorate in Sports Ministry. Dustin has networked with Sports Ministry professionals from over 20 countries. Dustin writes the content for the CLAY Handbook. These resources are grounded in Scriptural exegesis and are not bound by denominational doctrine.
